Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the Philippines. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

International Shipping

At this time, we regret to inform you that we only offer shipping within the Philippines.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and labels. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been burned or used.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Shipping Costs

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns that exceed ₱1,000 in value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
